Wrestling Federation Felicitates Customs Boss on Tenure Extension by President Tinubu

The Nigeria Wrestling Federation (NWF) has expressed its felicitations to the Comptroller General, Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Bashir Adeniyi, on the extension of his tenure by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

This was made known on Thursday by the NWF Media Assistant, Promise Okotoko.

According to Okotiko, the NWF President, Daniel Igali, on behalf of the NWF board and fraternity notes that the extension of Adeniyi’s tenure as Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs is well deserved.

“The NWF noted that CG Adeniyi has demonstrated eagerness with a clear vision and strong work ethics while ensuring the Nigeria Customs personnel have a structured onboarding process for seamless discharge of their duties.”

The statement described the Customs boss as a man who has innovative thinking and impeccable qualities, which has reflected on the numerous successes the NCS has recorded in the past few years

Igali also stated, “He has simultaneously offered learning opportunities, mentorship, and developing high-potential personnel for future leadership roles.

“The Nigeria Wrestling Federation expressed its appreciation to the Customs boss for his unwavering commitment and support to the Federation and wish him a fruitful and productive reign

“Everyone at the Nigeria Wrestling Federation, particularly the NWF board, is extremely buzzing with the news of CG Adeniyi’s tenure being extended by the President.

“We are really proud of the job and administrative transformation he brought to the NCS, hence the President deemed him fit for tenure extension and we pray God almighty gives him more wisdom and strong health to continue to be a beacon of generational change.”
