Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has appreciated the convener of Global Crusade with Kumuyi (GCK), Pastor William F. Kumuyi, for his contribution to the body of Christ, and the expansion of God’s kingdom by bringing inspiring messages and good news to the State.
Governor Eno stated this at the Global Sunday Worship Service of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, which took place at the Deeper Life Campground, Uyo, said the visit of Pastor Kumuyi has brought great blessings to the state and the people.
Making reference to the bible, he appreciated the renowned clergy who is the founder and General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, for hosting the GCK in Akwa Ibom State saying, “How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the messenger who announces the good news, Isaiah (52:7).
Governor Eno who has established laudable synergy with religious leaders across the country and beyond, said the visit of Pastor Kumuyi to Akwa Ibom has brought great blessings to the State and its people, and expressed hope that the blessings with its attendant benefits will continue to remain in the State

In his message on the theme, “Fresh Anointing for A New Beginning,” Pastor Kumuyi who relied mainly on Psalm 23, admonished Christians on the need to live everyday in the anointing of the Lord, adding that the anointing of the Lord is what enables believers to prevail.
He noted that some of the benefits of the anointing include good positioning of accepted sons and daughters, protection and preservation of acknowledged saints and disciples, and permanence in paradise.
In company of the Governor were the Deputy, Senator Akon Eyakenyi; Secretary to the State Government, Prince Enobong Uwah; Executive Assistant/Chief Delivery Advisor, Mr Aniefiok Johnson; State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Obong Stephen Ntukekpo.
Others include, the International President of the Arise with Renewed Hope Initiative, Engr. Uwem Okoko, members of the State Executive Council, members of the National Assembly, the State House of Assembly, Local Government Chairmen, and other government officials.
